For shipments to France and other European countries served by Mondial Relay:

• The canvases are sent from our supplier directly to our contact in France. The other items in the store are produced and sent from Canada.
• If you want canvases and accessories you will have to place your orders separately , that is to say one order for the canvases only or you can choose the Mondial Relay profile for canvases only and another for the accessories or you will have to choose another delivery profile offered because in Canada we do not have the Mondial Relay service.
• If you order accessories and choose the Mondial Relay profile, we will cancel your order and you will have to place it again by choosing the correct delivery profile, i.e. the other choices offered except Mondial Relay.
• If you order canvases and accessories on the same order, it will be cancelled as well.
• No customs or import fees will be charged for canvas orders because they are sent to you from our contact in France and do not transit through Canada.
• Please note that customs or import fees may apply depending on the laws of your country for ordering accessories from Canada. These fees are your responsibility. MG Factory will not refund these fees.
• We offer the possibility of placing a group order for all items other than canvases, which allows you to save on customs and import fees. To do this, you must place your order with our contact and it is she who places the order on the store. We produce your items, ship them to our contact and she sends them to your home afterwards. Customs and import fees are then separated among all customers of the group order.
